After Ye Hai drained the ten giant serpents dry, the entire Silent Hill world had been completed.

By then, Silent Hill had become entirely different from the place Ye Hai had first entered.

Aside from the faceless nurses and Pyramid Head that had appeared when the Holy Church Army first entered, creatures such as the Approacher and the Suffocator had already emerged throughout every corner of the town.

What astonished Ye Hai most was the roof of the school at the town center.

A little girl shrouded in darkness seemed to be looking up in the direction of Ye Hai’s consciousness.

“What is that?”

“Alessa?” the system’s voice asked.

“That’s right. This little girl is the core of the entire Silent Hill module!”

“If she is killed, the module will be completely destroyed!”

“Furthermore, fear energy is converted into psionic power through her…”

“If her power grows stronger, every monster within the module will grow stronger as well!”

“Once your genetic evolution reaches an advanced stage and you naturally awaken your psionic abilities, you will possess a new source of psionic energy.”

“The entire Silent Hill module will then become an output module, just like the Cabin in the Woods!”

“However, the strength of the monsters in Silent Hill will depend on how far you can upgrade and develop the entire module!”

“The Silent Hill module has been completed!”

“Next, I will construct the Cabin in the Woods module.”

“Although I have greatly restricted the abilities of the monsters in the Silent Hill module, the energy expenditure is still enormous…”

“There probably will not be enough energy to construct the world framework of the Cabin in the Woods module.”

“Only part of the monsters in the Cabin in the Woods can be created. The rest… will have to be developed by you.”

“Whether you bring people into Silent Hill to manufacture fear or absorb powerful psionic creatures…”

“What monsters you can summon from the Cabin in the Woods will depend entirely on how complete that module becomes!”

As soon as the system finished speaking, the scene before Ye Hai’s eyes abruptly changed.

He found himself inside a central control room.

Beyond the control room was the monster cube from the film.

The only difference was that every cell of the monster cube here was incomparably enormous.

The system explained, “To adapt to this world’s environment, I will upgrade the monster templates in the Cabin in the Woods module to a certain extent, bringing them up to the strength of the mutants in this world.”

“Otherwise, the cost-effectiveness of this module would be far too low.”

The instant the system finished speaking, a gigantic serpent appeared inside one of the transparent cells.

Ye Hai recognized it at a glance: the king cobra from the film.

Its body, however, had become absurdly massive. Judging by sight, it was likely more than three hundred meters long—far beyond the strength of an ordinary Stage Eight mutant.

“Since the energy used to construct this module comes from serpentine mutants, it is relatively easy to build this sort of giant snake directly from existing flesh and blood…”

“I created three for you to begin with!” the system explained.

After the giant king cobras had been created, Ye Hai suddenly saw two little girls standing hand in hand inside a transparent cube cell, silently observing him.

Ye Hai narrowed his eyes slightly.

“The Shining?”

“Can spirits be created as well?”

The system replied, “Psionic energy has an extraordinarily broad range of applications. Ghosts, spirits, and all other spectral entities are, in essence, merely manifestations of psychic energy.”

*My Healing Game*

“They can naturally be created.”

As if to prove its point, the next cell instantly filled with white smoke.

Within the smoke, an indistinct ghostly face drifted about ceaselessly.

It was a spirit.

At the same time, in the cell beside it, a pale-skinned giant appeared from nothing.

His eye sockets were nothing but blackness. He wore a black leather suit, and a circular saw blade was embedded in his head. He slowly materialized inside the cell, holding a round magic cube in his hands as he coldly examined Ye Hai.

“Lord!”

A moment later, a giant tree that nearly filled its entire cell appeared. It had no leaves, only a bare trunk and bizarrely twisted branches.

It raised one of its branches toward Ye Hai and made an obscene gesture.

The corner of Ye Hai’s eye twitched violently.

“That damn perverted tree!”

After that, familiar monsters continued to fill the transparent cells of the cube.

Bat dragons… vampires… dismembering elves… colossal sea monsters from the abyss…

Altogether, more than twenty different monsters were imprisoned within the enormous cube.

At that moment, the system spoke again.

“Everything is ready. All psionic energy has been completely exhausted!”

“The Cabin in the Woods has created twenty monster templates!”

“You may summon these monsters at any time!”

“However, their strength depends on the amount of psionic energy you input from the Silent Hill module!”

“With the psionic energy currently stored, ten of the monsters can display their full strength!”

“Among them, the dismembering elves, vampires, and king cobras are the most powerful…”

“As for exactly how powerful they are, you may discover that for yourself.”

After saying this, Ye Hai’s consciousness instantly returned to his body.

His eyes snapped open.

Ye Hai exerted force through his legs and burst out through the ice.

When he saw the scene beneath his feet, he could not help drawing in a sharp breath.

The dozen or so giant serpents had been reduced to nothing more than skins.

All their flesh had been completely devoured.

The ice beneath them was no longer crystalline and transparent.

Instead, it had become a murky blood-red.

Ye Hai slowly turned his head and saw the dozens of Holy Church soldiers who had remained underground, standing motionless in the passage as though frozen in place.

Most of them wore expressions of terror, their faces locked in place and utterly still…

These people had already died within Silent Hill, and the consciousnesses of their true bodies had been completely extinguished.

The expressions of the remaining few continued to change.

Their consciousnesses were likely still trapped in Silent Hill, enduring its horrors.

“This ability to draw human consciousness into the world of Silent Hill can practically be called a form of psionic power!”

“Moreover, to those without psionic abilities, this kind of consciousness displacement is virtually invincible…”

“After all, the Silent Hill world constructed by the system is almost without boundaries!”

“If it cannot be shattered through sheer force, the consciousness will never return to the body!”

“By now, I suppose I can barely be considered a psionic user myself, can’t I?”

“Heh heh heh…”

Not long after Ye Hai leaped out of the ice cavern, the other corpse hunters also sprang out from beneath the ice one after another.

A brief period of freezing at this level could not harm them in the slightest.

The group walked over to Ye Hai and stared at the Holy Church guards in their strange state.

Unable to contain their curiosity, they asked, “What… happened to them?”

Ye Hai grinned and replied, “They have fallen into my psionic realm!”

“All right. Lianna, please pull everyone out of the ice.”

“We are going to begin searching for the entrance to the secret experimental base…”

“I hope this is the place we have been looking for.”

…

Five hundred kilometers from the Ironwood Forest black market, inside a volcano, the boiling lava suddenly began to churn violently.

Not long afterward, a golden giant serpent raised its head from the molten rock.

It spoke in a human voice.

“Dead?”

“They seem to be offspring from the Ironwood Forest…”

“A bunch of useless fools. After all these years, they still failed to find a way into the experimental base…”

“Yet they managed to leave their lives behind there!”

After a moment of silence, the golden giant serpent muttered to itself:

“Who could have killed fourteen ARMY-3 units in a single attack? Could someone from the Psionic Association have arrived?”

“Still, I should send the Snake Guard to investigate.”
