Revision Notice

After much hesitation, I have revised the earlier chapters and removed the pet poodle character. From here on, the plot will proceed without any dogs.

Originally, I designed this character mainly to add some humor and, at the same time, to help Momo no Suke, the wayward youth, find his way back to the righteous path by fighting poison with poison... However, perhaps the parody went too far, and the response has not been very positive.

In the end, I decided to take advantage of the story still being in its early stages and make changes while it’s easy to turn things around. After all, if a character isn’t well received, I can’t help but feel a sense of discomfort every time I write about them.

I’ll need to spend quite a bit of effort revising the next two saved chapters as well, so I’ll post the updates tonight. There likely won’t be much time left to write new content.

As expected, these so-called “saved drafts” really do live up to their name—they never stay saved for long...
